“DJ GABO” [JUAN GABRIEL GUZMAN]
Born on June 4, 1984 in Ambato – Ecuador, came to Canada at the age of 17.
Started in the Dj business in 2002, playing in clubs like “Alleycatz Bar”, “Bar One”, “Berlin Nightclub”, “Plaza Flamingo”, and “Orale Nightclub” in their respective Latin nights.

“DJ DROGATO” [JUAN ALBERTO RODRIGUEZ]
Born on November 5, 1985 in Cuenca – Ecuador, came to Canada at the age of 10.
Started in the Dj business at the age of 16, playing in private functions, in 2002 he organised his first party and start promoting reggaeton as a new rhythm.

December 2003 at Orale Nightclub in Yorkville, Dj Drogato was introduced to Dj Gabo and both of them organised the Toronto’s first official REGGAETON PARTY on January 17, 2004 with Dj Gabo as a special guest.

That night Y2J ENT was born as Dj Gabo and Dj Drogato started working together and organising reggaeton parties at least once a month to promote this new rhythm to young Latinos in Toronto.

 After that Y2J ENT popularity started growing to the point that the 2 DJs play in especial events at clubs like “The Docks”, “Lucid Nightclub”, “Club 108”, “Oxigen”,”Guverment”, “Palazzo”, “Joker”, “La Rouge”, “Distrik Nightclub”, and many more as guest DJs for the night….

 On May 5, 2005, Y2J ENT along side with Latin American Stars and Events organised the 1st Reggaeton Concert in Toronto with a special guest from Puerto Rico “NICKY JAM” with an estimated attendance of 900 reggaeton fans.

In early 2005, Y2J ENT present a proposal for the first Reggaeton Radio show to “Voces Latinas 1610 AM” (the first 24 hours Latin Radio), “Sin Reglas” (No Rules) went on air for the first show on Friday January 14, 2005, and from then on every Friday from 5pm to 6pm; “Sin Reglas” is the #1 show on popularity in the radio with an estimated audience of 10,000 followers.

On November 5, 2005 , Y2J ENT along side Mango Special Events organised the 1st Reggaeton Festival in Toronto at The Docks Concert Theatre “REGGAETON FEST 2005” with Local artist like: Digydon, Negro & Chicago, La Union, Fido King & Baby Black, Gaby Boy, Flako Time, Caribbean Family, Flakko, Fito Blanko, Dj Trambo, Djs Diamante Sound Crew; and for the 1st time bringing from Puerto Rico 2 of the most talented and recognised reggaeton artist of this time “RAKIM & KEN-Y” and “BABY RANKS”, the REGGAETON FEST 2005 had an estimated attendance of 1,000 people.

Due to the huge success Y2J ENT is also involved working along side to promote local talents in such areas as producing and managing upcoming reggeaton talent

With 2 years in the business and being the reggaeton pioneers in the city, Y2J ENT are being recognised as
“The Reggaeton Masters of Toronto”.

The site been reopen after been offline for one year but now the site its up again. The new www.y2jent.com is an online service that allows our members to set up a personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends. Members of Y2J Ent can view each others profiles, communicate with old friends and meet
new friends on the service, share photos, post journals and comments, and describe their interests.

The other part of Y2J Ent that will be up soon is the original site that we started with to promote reggaeton. With some news updates new cds and whats happening in the world of reggaeton.
